Many people hate running, because they don’t know how to do it. Here’s my running plan for complete beginners. It has taught me how to run! This was my stepping stone. It took me from being out of breath after running for 15 seconds, to running a half marathon. No more excuses! Tie your laces and get out there! It’s not too cold, nor too hot. And it really is not that hard, if you really want it.
